KLEKPUE is a trading brand operated by ISUN INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong.

Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “KLEKPUE,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ISUN INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED, trading as KLEKPUE.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products included in that order.

An order is accepted once payment has been processed and we confirm the order.

We may reject, limit, cancel, or modify an order where reasonably necessary, including because of:

• suspected fraud;
• unauthorized payment;
• inventory issues;
• pricing errors;
• shipping restrictions;
• legal or regulatory restrictions; or
• violations of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will issue any refund that is due.

SECTION 4 – RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our cleaning products, KLEKPUE does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change-of-mind purchases or other reasons unrelated to a product problem, except where required by applicable law.

This includes situations where the customer:

• changes their mind;
• no longer wants the product;
• orders the wrong item;
• orders the wrong quantity;
• purchases accidentally; or
• otherwise wishes to return a correctly supplied, non-defective product.

We will provide an appropriate remedy where a product:

• is leaking;
• is incorrect;
• is materially different from the item ordered; or
• is damaged during delivery.

Customers should contact us within 7 days of receiving the product whenever reasonably possible and provide relevant order details and evidence.

Where a return is required because of a product defect, fulfillment error, or transportation damage, KLEKPUE will be responsible for reasonable return shipping costs.

Return addresses and instructions will be provided only after a claim has been reviewed and approved.

Do not return opened, leaking, damaged, or partially used cleaning products without contacting us first.

Nothing in this section excludes mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Prices and promotions may change without notice.

The price charged will generally be the price displayed at checkout at the time your order is submitted.
